How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add items to your bag, proceed to checkout, fill in your billing details, and click Place Order. You'll receive a confirmation immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and EasyPaisa/JazzCash. Online card payments are coming soon.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping on all orders above PKR 25,000. Standard shipping is PKR 1,500 for orders below that threshold.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status from your account page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
